These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, www.acsauto.co.zw (the “Site”), and all services provided by ACS Café, including dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and catering services (collectively, the “Services”). 2.1. All orders, whether placed online, via telephone, or in person, are considered an offer to purchase.
2.2. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. A confirmation email or SMS constitutes our acceptance.

3.1. Free delivery is offered within a 4km radius for a minimum order of three (3) plates.
3.2. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
3.3. For collection, you must collect your order at the agreed time. We may dispose of uncollected orders after a reasonable period.

4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
4.1. Catering Orders: Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% charge.
4.2. Dine-in Reservations: We kindly request at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellation. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability.
4.3. Food Quality: If you are dissatisfied with your food, you must notify us before consumption, where possible, for us to address the issue. Refunds are at our discretion.

5. Gift Cards
5.1. ACS Café Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
5.2. They are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
5.3. Gift Cards can be used for dine-in, takeaway, and catering services.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including logos, text, and images, is the property of ACS Café or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACS Café shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total value of the order in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
